Michelle attended Minnesota State University of Mankato where she received her bachelor of science degree in Elementary Education, a Middle School Math minor and a certification in STEM. After graduating, Michelle spent the next two years being a substitute teacher at MHRS. Currently, Michelle is teaching 3rd grade Math, Pre-Algebra, 5 – 8th grade Science, and Physical Education to PreK – 8th Grade. Michelle grew up in North St. Paul, MN and graduated from Hill-Murray High School. When Michelle is not in school, she enjoys spending time with her family at her cabin in Wisconsin, hanging out with friends, watching hockey, and being outdoors.
